  1. You’re so right about it decreasing stress and anxiety. The more authentically I live, the less anxiety I have. I had an anxiety disorder but it’s almost completely gone now.

  2. Thanks a lot Pooja, and that’s great to hear.. I always prefer to “wear my emotions on my sleeve” for better or worse…Sometimes it’s not 100% the best way to handle some situations, but most people know they are getting the real me, and I like that it that way.

  3. The authenticity along with therapy to really figure out who I was and what I wanted in life. And some herbal remedies for anxiety like chamomile tea, CBD oil and meditation.
