  1. Great article! I have been exploring over the years by growing my own food (all organic). In my 30’s, I eliminated and slowly added in certain foods one at a time in order to more clearly see what my body did well with, so much was revealed in that way. It makes such a difference on so many levels when we get vibrant, freshly picked fruits and veggies into our systems.
