I’ve never tried it myself but I have heard some impressive stories about chiropractors. But I think you have to be super careful and make sure you go to someone that knows what they’re doing because I’ve heard some real horror stories too.

Yeah, sometimes you can cause major damage if you don’t go to a professional who’s really good at what they do. An aunt of mine had permanent back issues after going to a bad chiropractor.
