  1. Thanks so much for this beautiful reminder. I used to have a hard time with positive self-talk. I would convince myself I’m not enough and nothing could beat that negative self-chatter. But now I try to focus more on my goals and achievements and be present. I used to dwell on the past which made me think of better ways to do what I’ve already done leading to overthinking (oh dangerous stuff). And thinking about the future all the time is not helpful either because you send all the energy tom the future but you need it now. It’s all about healthy balance.
