The Science Of Vibration

All things in the universe are in motion, whether solid, liquid, or gas.

It’s thought that even our thoughts, emotions and beliefs vibrate at their own frequency.

Is it new age pseudoscience, or something more than that backed by scientific research?

Let’s discuss the science of vibration.

The Science Of Vibration

Is There Any Science Behind Vibration?

Researchers have found that vibrations and the electromagnetic energy around them cause changes in our cells, which can then affect how our body functions.

Different molecules vibrate at different rates, and those rates can speed up or slow down if conditions around the molecules change.

What Is The Law Of Vibration?

The law of vibration states that everything in the universe is constantly in motion, vibrating at its own particular frequency.

Everything moves, vibrates, and travels in circular patterns.

Frequency can be defined as the number of periodic oscillations, vibrations, or waves per unit of time.

What Is The Difference Between Vibration And Frequency?

A vibrating object will move back and forth from its normal stationary position.

A complete cycle of vibration happens when the object moves from one extreme position to the other extreme, and back again.

The number of cycles that a vibrating object completes in one second of time is called frequency.

Do Humans Have A Vibrational Frequency?

Our bodies are made up of electronic vibrations, with each atom and element of the body, each organ and micro-organism, having its own electronic unit of vibration necessary for the equilibrium of that particular organism.

By testing the response of the human body on a vibrating platform, researchers found the human whole-body fundamental resonant frequency to be around 5 Hz.

In recent years, an indirect method has been put forward which appears to increase the resonant frequency to approximately 10 Hz.

What Is Meant By Hertz And What Does It Measure?

Frequency is the rate at which current changes direction per second of time.

It’s measured in hertz (Hz), an international unit of measure whereby 1 hertz is equal to 1 cycle per second, and a cycle is one complete wave of alternating current or voltage.

One hertz simply means one event per second.

The unit may be applied to any periodic event, or example, a clock can be said to tick at 1 Hz.

What Are Spiritual Vibrations?

Vibrational energy experts claim that certain positive emotions and thought patterns like joy, peace, or acceptance, create high frequency vibrations.

Conversely other negative feelings and mindsets like anger, despair, or fear vibrate at a lower rate.

Do Thoughts Have A Frequency?

It’s believed that our thoughts and feelings do indeed all have a frequency, just like sound and light, radio, or ultraviolet waves.

A thought vibrates through the mind and whether we’re aware of it or not, our thinking manifests itself into reality.

What Did Nikola Tesla Say About Vibration?

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

Does Food Carry A Vibration?

Even stationary objects are vibrating with molecular energy, and that includes food.

Each molecule carries with its own vibrational signature, and it’s that signature that can impact our energy levels.

What Are High Vibration Foods?

High vibration foods are unprocessed, whole foods.

Examples include:

  • Berries.
  • Sweet potatoes.
  • Apples.
  • Fermented foods.
  • Lemons.
  • Avocados.
  • Olives.
  • Pomegranates.
  • Cucumber.
  • Mushrooms.
  • Spinach.
  • Garlic.
  • Ginger.

Can Sound Heal Cells?

Sound also may act upon cellular ion channels to elicit a healing response.

Located within a cellular membrane, ion channels are the means by which the cell receives nourishment and communicates with neighbouring cells.

What Music Lowers Your Vibration?

When we only listen to music that speaks of death, betrayal, sadness, or abandonment, all that may interfere in what we vibrate.

Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you’re listening to; it might be decreasing your vibrational frequency.

Final Thoughts

We’ve just touched on some of the basics here, and the topic deserves a more in-depth investigation in the future.

Daily meditation can be vital for cleansing your vibrations.

One of the ways to determine whether we’re vibrating at a higher frequency, or a lower frequency is said to be by paying attention to how we physically feel.

Do you physically feel light, energized, clear and healthy? If so, chances are you have a higher vibration.
